Saddle Clamps
Construction:
Manufactured from high-grade mild steel or stainless steel, Saddle Clamps consist of a semi-circular band with flat mounting extensions on each side. These flat ends are perforated to accommodate bolts or screws, allowing firm anchoring to surfaces.
Usage:
Saddle Clamps are placed over the pipe and fastened onto a surface using suitable hardware. They provide a stable and secure grip without restricting pipe movement due to thermal expansion. Rubber-lined versions are used in residential or commercial spaces to minimize noise and wear.
Application:
Saddle Clamps are used to securely fix and support pipes, conduits, and tubing to walls, ceilings, or floors. Ideal for plumbing systems, HVAC installations, electrical conduit management, and light industrial piping setups.
