Saddle Clamps with rubber

Construction:

The clamp body is made from mild steel or stainless steel, featuring a semi-circular band with extended flat mounting arms. It includes a high-quality EPDM or PVC rubber lining inside the clamp’s arc, which cushions the pipe, absorbs vibrations, and minimizes noise transmission. The mounting holes are designed for easy bolt/screw fastening to any surface.

Usage:

The rubber-lined saddle clamp is placed over the pipe and bolted to the mounting surface. The lining ensures the pipe is held firmly without abrasion or metal-to-metal contact. Commonly used in environments where sound insulation and pipe stability are essential, such as residential buildings, data centers, hospitals, and clean rooms.
